Jennifer M. Rutledge is partner/vice-president of Delphi Consultants, Inc. located in White Plains, New York. Jennifer has over 30 years of practical, broad-based experience in providing assistance to the boards and staff of various types of organizations. She has in-depth experience in the design and delivery of all types of formal and informal training programs and developmental processes.

Since joining Delphi, Jennifer has expanded Delphi’s services to include governance, board and other leadership development, management development, training and organizational development areas in the for-profit, not-for-profit, and public sectors. She has assisted client companies, associations, and organizations in developing strategic initiatives designed to address emerging issues and has served as a facilitator/guide providing technical assistance to these organizations throughout the resulting processes.

Jennifer serves as technical advisor to various collaboratives, alliances, associations, and local community development corporations engaged in community planning and revitalization. She has trained hundreds of staff, trainers, and other facilitators in all three sectors. She has also designed leadership development, career development and executive coaching, and diversity-related processes, initiatives and programs, most of which have been introduced throughout entire organizations/companies.

Jennifer has traveled both domestically and internationally working with organizational and association leadership, including those who serve on boards and those who service boards. Her work includes training board members, trainers, facilitators, consultants and other practitioners in the areas of governance and other volunteer leadership development and senior staff coaching and development processes. She was one of the Charter Senior Associates of BoardSource (formerly the National Center for Nonprofit Boards). She is also a contributing writer for several publications and the author of Building Board Diversity, a BoardSource publication.

Jennifer has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Industrial Psychology. She has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Virginia and Marymount/Fordham University. She has also been cited in several national and international publications and has received numerous honors and awards.
