Our services to boards include strategic planning, board training and development, and coaching. In addition, we facilitate retreats, collaborations and mergers, and executive searches.
The Center consultants coach the board chair and the executive to strengthen this vital relationship, while consulting with the full board on working together for greater impact.

Get On Board is a service of the Center designed for boards seeking new candidates and individuals who want to serve on boards. This service provides a way to connect and explore an opportunity to serve a Long Island nonprofit organization.
