Executive Resources and Support

The Center for Nonprofit Leadership offers executive directors leader (individual) development skills and leadership (organizational) development skills by providing coaching, training and organizational resources. We also provide relevant reports, tips, tools and templates for executives. In addition, for current executive directors, we offer transition services by working with departing leaders and their organizations to develop emergency and long-term succession planning.

Roundtable Forums and Workshops

Our leadership support network provides a venue where executive directors can gather and speak freely about the frustrations, challenges and joys of working as an executive director in the nonprofit sector. The facilitator for the roundtables will be a resource who provides information on topics identified by the executives. A series of workshops will be held to address specific issues and challenges an executive director faces.
